Terms of Service

Jobsynq prepares job-search materials — tailored resumes, cover letters, fit analyses, and mock interview practice — for your review. Jobsynq does not submit applications on your behalf without your explicit action. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every piece of content before it's used or sent.

You need an account to use Jobsynq. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Jobsynq offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings — you'll keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period, then move to Free. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use Jobsynq to submit knowingly false or fabricated information to an employer.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the service to scrape, resell, or redistribute job listings or generated content at scale.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use Jobsynq for any unlawful purpose.

Jobsynq's tailoring engine is designed to preserve your real experience, titles, and metrics verbatim — it reframes language, it does not invent facts. You remain responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit to an employer, including AI-assisted content. Review every generated document before use.

Realistic voice-mode mock interviews use a third-party voice AI provider to conduct a live spoken conversation. By starting a voice session, you consent to your spoken responses being processed for the purpose of running that session and generating your coach report.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent billing.

Jobsynq is provided "as is." We don't guarantee job offers, interview outcomes, or that any specific feature (job matching, tailoring, voice interviews) will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI-generated content can be wrong — you're the last check before anything goes to an employer.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
